Matthew Ogagavworia became Chief Executive Officer of Qeeva Advisory Limited after Co-founding the Company in 2017 having successfully managed the then qeeva.com, a unit of Matog Consulting.

Matthew Ogagavworia responsibilities include brand positioning and driving the company to achieve the growth and development of the company. He currently pursues organic growth of the company through investing in our existing product or services that have generated growth in the past, creating new products or services to take advantage or new opportunities performing better on our core capabilities and leveraging our team.

He believes in the development of future leaders, enterpreneurs, providing customized solutions to the company’s chosen clients and resting on service quality to drive the brand for a sustainable growth.

He is also the founding  Managing Partner at Matthew Ogagavworia & Co. He has previously held positions at  Ken Ohore & Co(Chartered Accountants), Standard Trust Bank Ltd (Now United Bank for Africa Plc), NNB International Bank Plc (now Unity Bank Plc), First Inland Bank Plc(Now Finbank Plc), Tower Assets Management and BGL Securities Limited( A member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange).

He has attended various local and international courses on Investment Banking, Specialized Making Markets Work, Corporate Negotiations, Management Development, Strategy, Sales and Financial Modeling.

With Over 23 year experience in  Company Secretarial Services, Insolvency & Corporate Restructuring, Corporate Governance , Compliance Management, Accounting Advisory, Management Consulting, Forensic Consulting, Enterprise Risk Management, Tax , Risk Management, Strategy, Management Development, Audit, Taxation, Banking, Capital Markets , Business Development Service, Monitoring & Evaluation, International Development Assistant Services,  Human Resources. His experience cuts across the  industry . He is able to blend his diverse background experience in productivity and process engineering, change management to help his customers achieve their goal. He is a facilitator in several professional training in Nigeria.

Mr Ogagavworia is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria(ICAN), Associate, Chartered Institute of Taxation, Stockbroker, Nigeria Institute of Management.

Education

Mr Ogagavworia has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Management. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2000.

Hector is a project implementation consultant with Qeeva Advisory. Hector has worked in the Nigeria for over 20 years primarily within risk management and related areas in financial services organizations. He is the Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management Department within the Financial Services Risk Management Practice at Hodge Consult. Hector’s area of focus is the identification and development of clients’ needs in operational risk.

Client engagements have included advising and guiding on risk frameworks and governance, risk and control assessments, indicators of key risks, modeling of operational risk and risk reporting as well as risk appetite, the use of six sigma and enterprise wide risk management. As well as assisting many clients overcome the more difficult parts of the basics of operational risk,
Hector is recognized throughout the industry as a leading authority on operational risk, compliance risk and brings deep domain knowledge and the practical experience of advising a considerable number of blue chip companies on operational risk. Hector is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Certified Risk Professional, Certified in Risk and Information System Control

  •  Prior to starting his practice in 2013, he was in the employment of United Bank for Africa Plc for 16 years. He left as MD/CEO of its subsidiary – UBA Securities Limited in 2013. Bode Adesegha has in the last four years provided professionals services (auditing, accounting, taxation, compliance and consultancy) to key SME clientele that cut across industries such as Real Estate development, Hotels & Leisure, Oil & Gas, Retail and Agriculture.
  • He is a Chartered Accountant of over 25 years’ experience. He holds a B. Sc degree in Accounting from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a Master of Business Administration with specialization in finance from the University of Lagos.

Soji Solomon Ikuemonisan

Soji Ikuemonisan is currently the Managing Partner, Solomon Soji & Co(Chartered Accountants). He a teaming consultants with Qeeva Advisory. He has over sixteen years’ experience in providing auditing and accounting services to a wide spectrum of industries including hospitality, airline, manufacturing,co-operative societies, and oil & gas company.

Experience

Mr. Ikuemonisan started his auditing and accounting career in Nigeria in 1989 as Field Supervisor at Okitipupa oil Palm Ltd. Subsequently, he was Auditor Assistant, then Audit Supervisor at William Osiebe & Co, from 1999-2002. He joined Erijoy Hotels Ltd, Port Harcourt as Financial Adviser, a role where he participated in various project appraisals, capital raising, negotiation and management of the business. In 2005, he joined the employment of Shell East Co-operative as Accountant. In 2006, he founded Solomon Soji & Co(Chartered Accountants).

Over the years he has been the engagement partner in charge of the audits of several statutory bodies, including the Charlech Limited, Verajim Company Nigeria Limited, J. C.
